Revelation 22: 17 The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.
The battle is over, and the people have been judged. The kingdom of God has descended, and the faithful people are living in it. Those who don't believe and those who were immoral are kept outside. An invitation is given to join those inside.
It is hard for the faithful to understand why anyone would not accept this invitation. The things we find in God's kingdom are so good. Why wouldn't everyone want them?
Prayer: Lord, I pray for the nonbelievers. I ask that you open their eyes and ears to all You have available. I pray for those who persecute believers, that they might see You and stop their harassment of believers. I pray for those whose faith causes them suffering. I pray for relief from pain and the strength to continue in the faith.
