Revelation 17: 14 They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings—and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers.”
The seven bowls have been poured out,and Babylon has fallen. She sits on a beast with ten horns, which stand for the ten kings who will rule for an hour. They will wage war, because God has promised them her power for a brief period.
I can see how people who read this try to name the kings. They are trying to anticipate the apocalypse. I don't see how that would be helpful, since we can only be the best Christians we can be, regardless of whether the end time has come or not.
Prayer: Lord, guide me to be the best follower of the Lamb that I can be. Help me to recognize and repent of my sins. I want to be ready to live in Your kingdom.
