Hebrews 8: 10 This is the covenant I will establish with the people of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.

Paul is talking about priests. He explains how Jesus was the greatest priest ever. The old priests had to offer sacrifices, but Jesus sacrificed himself. That's the basis of the new covenant. Now we all know God, so we don't need a priest to act for us.

This reminds me of a church camp song. God's laws are in our minds and hearts. We are His people. We have that connection, and are we ever blessed!

Prayer: Thanks, Lord, for thinking of Your people, for the sacrifices You and Your son made for us. I feel blessed to be part of Your eternal plan. Guide and lead me. Amen
