Job 36: 10 He opens their ears to instruction, and commands that they return from iniquity.

 Elihu speaks to Job. He is telling about God's greatness. He names all the ways that His followers are blessed. He tells of the bad things that happen to godless people.

 I don't think Elihu was completely on track. He still thinks that Job is being punished for some wrongdoing. He thinks that is how life works. He is mistaken, since bad things happen to good people all the time. But I do like this verse. I am trying to hear God's instructions for me. I want to know when I stray from His will.

 Prayer: Lord, my ears are open to You. Let me know what I need to know to fulfill Your will. I want to serve my almighty and loving God every minute of every day. Amen
