I want to write about Ephesus. Paul and his crew are there. They attract a lot of attention, and some is from those whose idol-making business is threatened by their message. Paul's followers are grabbed up by a mob and taken into the amphitheatre.
The part that really grabbed my attention was the last sentence. Aren't people amazing? We are so quick to jump in with the mob. These people don't even know what they are protesting. But they are willing to cause harm to others, because "all the cool kids" are riled up.
Prayer: Lord, give me strength to stand against the mob when the mob is wrong. I want to represent the truth and Your will for Your people. Help me to hear Your voice, and grant me the courage to follow through with Your plan for me.
