Luke 20: 36. and they can no longer die; for they are like the angels. They are God’s children, since they are children of the resurrection.

 Jesus covers a lot of ground in this chapter.  We hear about the tenants in the tower, and we see the authorities try over and over to find a way to end Jesus's ministry. One test was the question about the woman who was widowed several times. The question was who was her husband in heaven. There is no marriage in heaven says Jesus. God's children are like the angels.

 This is amazing. Like angels? Just wow. Heaven seems so different. I find it hard to visualize. I just don't think we can understand it, so I guess that's all part of faith. We trust it will be truly awesome, because we trust the One who tells us that it will. We aren't sure why, but, yes, it will be awesome.

 Prayer: Lord, I believe Your words on life after death. I place my future in Your hands, and I praise You for providing the wonders of Your kingdom to someone as unworthy as me. Amen
