Psalm 86: 16. Turn to me and have mercy on me; show your strength in behalf of your servant; save me, because I serve you just as my mother did. David has many praises for God. He is loving, compassionate, and faithful. David's enemies are arrogant, but they will be shamed by the grace shown to David by his awesome God. I am in my mother's home, so this verse really spoke to me. I need God's strength and mercy this morning. I have cried as I messaged Sherri. She is so good, and yet her suffering is so great. She apologizes for being a burden to me even as she suffers. She is not a burden, and my faith is strengthened as I pray for her. Prayer: I need Your strength to help Sherri through this trying time in her life. Be right beside her, Lord, and offer her comfort in her time of pain. Guide me to send her messages of comfort. Amen
