Psalm 25:  ¹⁵ My eyes are ever on the Lord,
    for only he will release my feet from the snare.

The Psalmist is telling about his enemies.  He is lonely and distressed.  He knows that God will guide and lead the humble, those who acknowledge Him.  He trusts that God will be there for him.

I feel David's pain.  So many times I feel the same way.  I know how good my God is, and I know that He has my best interests at heart, but I don't feel the same way about the people I see day to day.
I feel that they don't like or respect me.  I feel hurt and alone.  I am so very blessed to have God to turn to.  I don't know how people with no faith face their daily struggles.

Prayer:  Lord, I put my trust in You.  My way is often rough, and yet I trust that You are always beside me.  I count on You when I am worried and hurt.  I praise You for the gift of faith that lets me rest easy.
