Psalm 91:    ¹⁵ He will call on me, and I will answer him;
    I will be with him in trouble,
    I will deliver him and honor him.

David uses great imagery to come to this conclusion.  God will save us from a snare, gathering us under his wings.   Pestilence, plague, night terror--none of these will touch us!

This is the place I want to be.  I call on God, He answers, He stays with me, and I honor Him.  Easy peasy... if it  wasn't for the distractions of this pesky world.....  I run around in a near panic, jumping from one task to another until I collapse in an exhausted heap.

Prayer: Lord, I call on You.  I have many troubles, and I pray for the troubles of so many others as well.  I wait for Your answer.  I give You all honor and praise.
