Revelations 21: 4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death”[b] or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.’
A loud voice from God's throne says these words. The new kingdom has arrived. The promise of life eternal with God is fulfilled.
I am deeply affected by death and mourning right now. I need to feel that the promised time is coming; I need to know that God has promised me a time when death, pain, crying and pain are no longer with us.
Prayer: Lord, I look forward to the time when all the bad feelings are gone. I want to be in a place without grief and pain. Help me to serve you here on Earth until my time is right to join You in glory.
